JACKSON

ERIC REIBERG

Eric is an (almost) lifelong resident of Indianapolis. On stage he has most recently appeared as Ryan in A Case For The Existence of God with American Lives Theatre. Most of his professional career has been spent working in technical theater and event production, and teaching stage technology at the high school and university level. He has worked as a designer and technical director for numerous plays and musicals, among those productions You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, Our Town, The Marriage Of Figaro, Gypsy, and many others. He thanks Leo and Lucas and all his family and friends who are endless and enduring with their support and love.

FRANK

JAY HEMPHILL

Jay Hemphill is a Midwest-based actor, theatre educator, and arts administrator. He has performed and taught throughout the Midwest and Southeast for over three decades. Locally, he has been seen on stage at the Phoenix Theatre, Civic Theatre, IndyFringe Theatre, Arts for Lawrence, and the District Theatre, among others. In May 2020, Jay received a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre and Drama from Indiana University. Offstage, he is the Director of Community Engagement at Dance Kaleidoscope. Jay lives in the historic Herron-Morton neighborhood with his fiancé and their two miniature schnauzers, Otto and Georgie.

MONICA

MICHELLE WAFFORD

Michelle Wafford is excited to be back in the Fringe Festival for her second time, and with a cast and director she really admires. She has performed in musicals and plays on Indy-area stages since 1992 with Civic, Bard Fest, Footlite, Southbank, Beef & Boards, Betty Rage, Catalyst, Mud Creek, IRT, RWTC, Clerical Error, 4th Wall, AUP, a few QMunity shows, and probably more she’s forgetting. Michelle wants to thank her Zooming the Movies crew for boosting her acting skills and bravery during the pandemic years. All the love for those supporting her, near and far. Eric is her hero.

MARTIN

RYAN POWELL

Ryan Powell (Martin) has been around the Indy scene for a minute, mostly appearing in original works with Catalyst, Q Artistry and other independent companies. Most recently he performed in a musical called Scary Scary! with Q Artistry, Hector in Troilus & Cressida for BardFest, Mario in Super Mario Is Dead at IndyFringe 2023, and Mark in People Places & Things at The District. Thanks to Casey for her tireless work as a theatre creator in Indianapolis.

CASEY ROSS

PLAYWRIGHT / SOUND DESIGN / COSTUME DESIGN

Casey is a playwright, director, designer, illustrator and has become known a veteran playwright, through her work with the IndyFringe, amassing a collection of  more than 10 critically-acclaimed original plays. Some of Ross’s most notable Fringe works include her published trilogy of plays,  The Gallery Trilogy,  most recently, Bat in the Wind, Copyright/Safe,  and her bawdy ‘stage-sitcom,’  The Tortillo! Series

Ross is also an acclaimed director and conceptual designer, in the Indianapolis area, with her celebrated productions of  A Streetcar Named Desire, her revival of cult-classic Starmites, The Pillowman Equus,  Tooth of Crime Coriolanus Taming of the Shrew,  Timon of Athens,  The Diviners, and more. 

In 2017, Ross, alongside Co-Artstic Director, Pelsue, won the IndyFringe ‘Best Vetern Producers’ Award, solidifying them amoung the festival’s key players. She is thankful for her supportive partner and best-friend, Joe, and her supportive cats Stanley and Stella.
